Return Approval
Please do not return any items before contacting us.
All returns must be approved by Bellamy London before being sent back.
If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
In some cases, approved returns may need to be sent directly to one of our fulfilment partners, which may be located overseas, including China.
Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the approved return address is one of our fulfilment partners overseas, you will also be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process a return until the parcel has been received.
Tracking Your Return

Refunds can only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our returns team or fulfilment partner.
If a returned parcel is lost during transit and cannot be confirmed as delivered, we may not be able to issue a refund.
